Hunting around for a holiday to Riviera Maya and other providers were not guaranteeing our hotel on the resort. Rang Holiday Gems and spoke with Nathan B who was really helpful made some phone calls and secured our booking in under an hour! Fairly priced and a holiday booked to Mexico by 11am on a Monday morning was a great start to the week. So far it has been great and would definitely use them again.
