Nathan was very friendly and willing to change my hotel which l booked in error. He also got back to me to confirm the booking.
I asked Nathan several times about booking my hold baggage but he said he did not know but would find out. Unfortunately this information was still not forthcoming so l asked again and he said he would send details with my confirmation email.
This was not the case and l still need to book hold bags but don’t know how to go about it or how much it’s going to cost?
Please send me details so l can book it. Many Thanks.
