Finding a holiday via holidaygems was very easy. I had searched the hotel we liked and spoke to Samantha who helped with my questions about flights and alternatives. She managed to find some great flights and all were documented and booked with ease :) She even contacted the hotel to ask certain questions. Great service and will use service again.
