Hotel supposed to be all inclusive and it wasn’t at all, food was awful and paid €10 deposit for a towel which they then refused to give me back because I wasn’t given any proof of paying .. not really holiday gems fault but would never stay here again, holiday gems should state the all inclusive terms because this was not all inclusive!
