I booked a last minute holiday to turkey late at night. I got an email saying it will be 72 hours before an email. Then I get a call from a lovely chap Nathan who assured me he will book it as we speak for same price. I was relieved at the work ethic working the jubilee holiday how great he was handling my holiday. Holiday gems are lucky to have a great asset and member of staff in Nathan. I will defitnely book another holiday with holiday gems because of Nathan. Thank you Shahbaz a happy customer.
