We are very impressed with the service and help we have received from Nathan today. After being let down by another travel company my husband telephoned Holiday Gems and spoke to Nathan about booking another holiday. He gave us his direct phone number to call him back to continue with the booking later in the day once my husband and I had had time to discuss the price and details. We did phone back and Nathan was extremely helpful, professional and patient throughout. He made sure several times that the details were correct before booking. We liked that we could speak to a human being which made the process much less stressful and we didn't get any 'hard sell' at all! We're really happy with the whole process thanks.
