The Holiday Gems Representative, Nathan, called me just minutes after I’d made my booking to explain there was an issue with our flights. This was resolved quickly and effectively and his communication was great! I’ve only just made my booking, and not gone on holiday yet, so can’t comment on the whole process but so far excellent customer service.
