Dear HolidayGems, when you book a flight for your customers, make sure that you put your customer's address under "passenger contacts", not yours. TUI refused to amend my flight seats on the phone as the "lead passenger's address was wrong". I had to remove your address from "passenger's contact details" and put mine in. It took me an hour of discussions with TUI, several failed attempts to get in touch with you and figuring out how to find and change the passenger's address on TUI online system which you provided. The latter was glitchy by the way, and couldn't take my online payment, hence all the fuss with phone calls. But anyway the airlines should have direct emergency contact with a passenger, keeping in mind it is so difficult to get in touch with you.
