Reviewing recent customer service following booking our holiday;
With thanks to Nichole who was amazingly helpful and speedy in her responses, they alleviated any concerns I had of booking through an online TA. The couple of things that were missing/incorrect on the initial booking confirmation were easily rectified. The website says expect response up to 5 days however i had all correspondence within 24 hours of my contavt. I was really pleased with Nicholes' help and super excited for our holiday!
