Then I initially struggled to get through the next morning - so thought I had been scammed . However there really was nothing to worry about . I had a swift response to an email sent to customer services and a lovely guy called Nathan called me that day , confirmed my booking and had the booking confirmation within 15 mins of his call . So very relieved and Nathan was really friendly and professional .
