Booked our 2023 family holiday after 9pm one night and received a call from Stuart before 10am the next morning to confirm all details with me. How’s that for customer service?!
I loved the personal touch and care in ensuring I was happy with everything.
We obviously haven’t taken the holiday yet, but if it’s as good as my experience with Holiday Gems so far, it’s going to be fabulous 😃
