The adviser who confirmed my booking, Martin, was very helpful.
I was however disappointed that when my booking was confirmed, I was informed that there were no rooms available. The advisor then managed to find a room, but at a higher price ( this was not an upgrade) I therefore had to pay extra to confirm the booking.
