Booking the holiday with you was easy , but regarding the call back to confirm everything would of been nice especially when I was called the next day and the signal wasn't very good and she said she would call back 1hour later also it would of been nice to be told about adding luggage as apparently now you need to book hand luggage on as before this use to be free
