I was helped by a gentleman named Martin and he was extremely nice and very polite
I asked about changing the hotel I picked and he was able to do it without any issues. He told me there would be an extra charge as hotel was dearer but I didn’t mind
I will certainly be using holiday gems next time I want a holiday
