I had the pleasure of speaking with David this morning (22/11) and I cannot thank him enough! What an asset he is to the team! I was panicking because I’d left my holiday booking too late. He was so kind and friendly and most of all helpful! Not only did he secure the holiday I wanted, he stayed on the line to make sure that it had all gone through! He even got me a cheeky upgrade to my room for no extra charge! He also gave me a top tip to get a bag from sports direct and use it for my holiday! Honestly, thank you so much! I can’t wait to go on my holidays now and I can’t thank you enough David! :D
