I have made several bookings with holiday gems and always been satisfied with the customer service and never had any probs travelling nor whilst away.
Suraya took my recent booking and was extremely helpful when I had a queries regarding the online booking costs. She fixed the problem and made a successful boooking. My only concern this booking is that I didn't receive a confirmation in my email which I prepare however the booking can be seen on their website under my bookings.
