Our initial holiday plan fell through due to lack of available flights (we left booking for half term very late!). I was contacted directly by Mark who was really helpful in explaining the situation. I spoke to him the next day to book an alternative and he was really helpful and sorted the booking for us straight away. He secured us the billing and sent through the confirmation really quickly making the process as easy as possible for me. Much appreciated, thank you Mark!
