I had a great holiday booking experience with Sam. She was happy go lucky and made sure I understood everything.
I rang her more than once and she still delivered professionalism under those circumstances.
You can't be too careful these days and at least with Sam I felt comfortable and assured that things were in place.
She even asked me to go through all the literature and call back if there are any issues.
I feel I have harassed her enough and will send an email if I have any additional concerns.
