I had the most pleasant experience with Sam today. There was a problem with my original booking, not Holidays Gems fault but one of their suppliers. Sam went above & beyond, infact between the 2 of us we travelled the whole of Rhodes to find what I was looking for in terms of accommodation that met our requirements. I can't thank Sam enough for her patience & understanding. You're a wee gem Sam 😍. Can't wait to be lying by the pool next week sipping a cocktail or 2 😎🌞🍹
