Stuart was really helpful but I was left with the feeling that the company policy might be to phone customers to try to increase costs after they have placed a booking on the website.
I was told yhe price had increased and when I challenged that by looking at prices on the website and therefor said I would just cancel (where they had actually gone down) a referral was made to a supervisor to honour the original price. This seems a bit devious and as it is my first time booking with this company it leaves a bit of a bad feeling.
As I said the member of staff was helpful but if this is company policy it does put employers in a difficult position and m3ant I was very close to cancelling.
