I was very happy with my service from Edward. He was patient, polite, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. There was a mix up with another colleague I spoke with after Edward had left for the day which did lead me to believe the holiday was booked for the following day after confirming payment had been made. Sadly this did cause a bin of last minute panic and us having to get later flights and arrange some transport ourselves for when we arrive. That would be my only criticism. It was all sorted in the end though. Thanks very much Edward. And thanks for your help, there needs to be more Edward’s on our planet :-)
