Hi do not write reviews but will give holiday gems a mention, spotted a Christmas holiday on holiday gems for the right price in Tenerife, rang spoke to Sam who with a excellent telephone manner, sorted the holiday out ,rang me back to make sure I was happy with the holiday, guided me through everything flight, baggage, transfers, hotel, boarding passes, and everything you need to know, took the stress away of making sure you haven't forgot anything, absolutely top marks to Sam and the team at holiday gems,can't wait to get on that flight to the sun 10/10.
