This is my first time using Holiday Gems after using competitor package holiday sites for many years. I have been pleasantly surprised. I found some excellent prices for a family holiday to Turkey and Martin was fantastic in confirming the booking with me. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I was also happy that we got a confirmation call so quickly as its the weekend and they said up to 72 hours for confirmation to come through. Thank you Martin and Holiday Gems and I will definitely be back to rebook.
