I spoke with Edward today who helped me book and pay for holiday. Edward was professional and very patient with me throughout. Edward explained everything calmly, answered all my questions calmly and reasurananly. He was very patient when it came to paying as I was making mistakes a lot, he really was great and seems like a nice guy.
