I stupidly hadn't realised I wouldn't get a confirmation at the time of booking - my fault entirely! Stuart sensed my panic and got straight on the case. I was placed on a short hold and Stuart came back and said to check my inbox and all my documents were there and for the quoted price. So quick and easy and he kept me calm whilst booking a special 40th birthday trip!
