Not aware I was booking with Holiday Gems as the original site was Love Holidays.
After booking received a very confusing telephone call stating price had gone up!
Booked transfers - HG said I had not.
Paid £150 for transfers via taxi myself.
Sent many emails for a financial breakdown of what I actually paid for. Still waiting for a response after company emailed me back saying they cannot supply one.
Resort not as described in online brochure.
Really bad company!
Taking up the matter with my credit card company.
