I have booked an all-inclusive holiday to Lara Hadrianus Hotel in Lara Beach, Antalya Turkey in July and spoke with a very nice and friendly woman on the phone. She sent all the documents via e-mail the next day and I was sent the E-tickets five days later with the transfer documents. I would MOST definitely book a holiday with holiday gems again! A very happy customer.
