Tried it and wont be doing that again. Most of the drinks tasted nothing like they were meant to. The taste of the powder was so strong at times even after frantic shaking it was like tasting dust in the mouth. Also never really felt any benefit from the drink but at night I defintely suffered due to the high caffeine. Healthier maybe but I think Ill stick to my original Monster drinks they at least taste good and dont keep my up all through the night. Sorry but not impressed. Only thing that impressed me was the mixer
