Postage and arrival time is quick. Customer service is great. Flavours are hit and miss and the sample packs don't cover all the flavours. I couldn't put my finger on what the different Holy Energy flavours reminded me of until I tried the Citrus Cobra when it dawned on me they all taste like different flavoured Lemsips. In Holy's defence, I'm not a big fan of most sweeteners so this could be a huge factor in why I don't enjoy the taste of most of them. Cactus Camel is about the only one where the Lemsip taste was overpowered by the actual flavours present and the sweetener taste wasn't as noticable. Stupidly I ordered an entire tub of Thai Lime Toucan assuming that the natural sharpness and bitterness in lime flavoured things would overpower the Lemsip and sweetener taste but i couldn't have been more wrong. The aftertaste of this one is worse than any of the other flavours and gives a physical reaction akin to the aftermath of doing a shot of 40%+ spirit WITH EVERY SINGLE SWIG.
