Hi, on recommendation of 'Black belt Barrister's I purchased a starter pack for rehydration. I loved 80% of the flavours and the subtle flavours of the ones I liked did encourage me to drink a lot more. Rather than ice, I mixed with cold water and left in the fridge overnight, obtaining a better mix and a nice cold drink. Only 4 stars as I think the price is a little high
