This would have been 5 stars!!! Love the product range especially Apple Alligator, easy to use and carry about with me. The loss of the star is because they missed a sachet with my 1st order and promised that it would be on the next one. Placed my 2nd order, guess what. Not amazing customer service, have felt let down
