I ordered these flowers for my 93 year old mother. They were delivered to her care home on the correct day(8th Jan 21) which is the only positive there is about them. They were in a very poor state and several were dead and dying within hours. They lasted a total of 3 days after that. I immediately completed a feedback form to customer services to which I had no reply. I have completed a further two feedback forms and still I have been ignored. Not any communication at all. Rubbish flowers from a rubbish supplier with regard to customer service. DO NOT BUY THEM.
