I would have given zero stars if possible, ordered flowers for 1st feb, delivered 3rd feb, ordered 30 tulips, 27 delivered, stems mouldy, some dead, looked nothing like the picture. Main complaint tough is appaling customer service, live chat not available, no answer tophone calls or e mails. AVOID at all costs, doubt they'll be in business much longer. Sad thing also Home Bargains suggest the flower business is not their concern and are not prepared to help, REALLY!!
