Terrible service, ordered valentines roses that looked lovely in the picture. Accepted that they wouldn't be there on the day as they looked like a decent bunch for the money and was only going to be the day after. Turned up a tiny bunch of wilted roses, they were in the bin after a couple of days. Made her wait for nothing! Sent an email to them complaining and didn't get a response.
