I am actually ashamed I sent these to my sister for her birthday. What a total rip off. I even paid for the larger bunch and to see what a pathetic handful of flowers was delivered is a shock. I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You can get a much better arrangement from somewhere else. I would say they sent me about £3/4 worth of flowers, in the post so not an expensive delivery method, and I paid £25 for them. Customer service were unhelpful and just said that it is as it should be. So basically admitted they ripped me off.
