I ha e ordered flowers for years, I ordered flowers in January with no issues. I ordered the largest bunch of flowers for mothers day to be delivered early, I had confirmation to say tracking info would follow, since then no flowers have arrived, if you call them the customer service lines are switched off. If you use online chat it advised it did not understand my query and I will be contacted. I received a call who advised I selected the wrong address, however this is also the only email confirmation order that has the address missing, all other orders show the address. However not an issue as there's 8 address in the postcode but unfortunately nothing has been delivered. Complete rip off nearly 36 pounds down the drain if flowers ever arrive they will be dead. Apparently courier service is royal mail but they can't track it. So only way it seems to be able to at least track your order is to pay more for courier service. I honestly would just go to a real florist. If Home bargains do read this my order is 416956.
