A bargain is one thing- dead flowers arriving another entirely. I will never use this company again for anything! I sent flowers to a client. Sadly, the person phoned to say she thought I should know that as she took the flowers out of their packaging, all of the petals fell off. Worse, I have not been able to get any form of response from Customer Services. I have sent four e-mails since 22/7, and not even an acknowledgement: shockingly bad product, and non-existant customer services. Avoid this company at all costs.
