I engaged Home Fix handy man to cover up a small gap on my aircond opening on a HDB flat. Although it keeps water out but the finishing is so horrible and on top of that, I was told that it would cost between $180-$220 but was charged $270. I was not around when the job was completed and payment made. When I was told of the overcharge I started to dispute. They took forever to respond to my message. They finally agreed to a refund and this is 1 month ago, until today I have not received anything. If you don’t wish to have high blood pressure, please stay away from this company.
