“I engaged Home Fix handy man to cover up a small gap on my aircond opening on a HDB flat. Although it keeps water out but the finishing is so horrible and on top of that, I was told that it would cost between $180-$220 but was charged $270. I was not around when the job was completed and payment made. When I was told of the overcharge I started to dispute. They took forever to respond to my message. They finally agreed to a refund and this is 1 month ago, until today I have not received anything. If you don’t wish to have high blood pressure, please stay away from this company.”

“I engaged Homefix to seal an existing aircond hole for water leak. On two occasions I was told that it would cost between $180-$220. They have done few similar jobs, I was charged $270 instead. I was not around when the repair was carried out it was so sloppy that even an eighty year old grandma can do a better job. I contacted them a few times and just couldn’t understand a single word they said. I asked for someone that can answer my questions. And was told that someone will return my call by the end of the day (that’s about the thing I can understand) guess what after 3 weeks nobody did. My opinion NEVER EVER USED THEM.”

She checked your tracking and advised you that your parcel was either lost or damaged at the Hermes Northern Hub, she followed this up with an offer of a replacement or a refund. “Purchased some limestone enhancer from homefix and within 3 days it was delivered. Had to purchase another bottle to finish the job and Hermes lost it but Homefix got it all sorted and got me a replacement bottle dispatched this time with FedEx. Would highly recommend Homefix great products at good prices and great customer care services.”
