Good afternoon Stuart, Thank you for leaving us a 2 star review. I can see that you have contacted us today via Live Chat and spoke with Andrea. She checked your tracking and advised you that your parcel was either lost or damaged at the Hermes Northern Hub, she followed this up with an offer of a replacement or a refund. You accepted a replacement which I can see this is leaving us today on a 24H delivery service. Once you have received your replacement order, could you kindly reconsider your review to reflect the after care service you have received? “My first experience of using your company not the best. I did however receive my refund very quickly I suggest you use different couriers as Hermes must be the worst company to use ever and when your 1st order never shows up it makes you think should I use this company again.”

“The product was much cheaper than Screwfix and I didn’t mind waiting ten days for delivery. However the plastic ‘bucket’ in which it was delivered was split. I only realised the significance of this after opening it up and reading the instructions so a lot of it went to waste.”

“Ordered item in 1st July and paid for next day delivery. Had text on 2nd saying it would be here on 3rd. Actually received it on 4th but it was the wrong colour. Rang company who said the lateness was down to parcel force and the item we wanted would not be in stock until 13th. We received it eventually on the 15th which was 13 days late. Home Fix did agree to refund the cost of next day delivery.”
