I had bought wallpaper for my lounge a few years ago from Flair. We recently had a new fire fitted and had to remove the wallpaper. I went on the website and chose what I thought was the same wallpaper but on closer inspection found it was wtong. I then spotted a HISTORY tab and was so impressed to see my previous order and roll number. I could then safely order, knowing it would be the same.
I placed my order and received the wallpaper within 4 days. Very impressed
