Quality goods, which were despatched promptly. Paid £5 extra for next day delivery, however courier failed to deliver when they said they would (received an email saying would be delivered between 3-4 pm. When it got to 6:00 pm I went to track the parcel, it stated that could not find the address/failed to deliver. I called their office and this was untrue, the driver had too many parcel to deliver...... After explaining the urgency and asked if I could pick up the parcel from their depot (decorator due at 8:30 the next morning) they did eventually deliver 2 hours later close to 8:00 pm.
