I recently ordered 10 samples and these samples arrived but they were very difficult to pick which samples were which as only a couple of them had their relevant reference number on the back of them. This made it difficult for us and very time consuming to find out which sample related to which name. Even by googling some of the names on your website it came up with lots of options and the colours were diffifcult to make out properly on screen as sometimes the colours are completely different to what they look like on screen and this is why i ordered samples. This problem relates to order number Home Flair Decor - Order 34822. When I raised another order today the lady I spoke to said that all samples were stamped with the code and reference number. The ones I received wasnt stamped with codes I would welcome you comments on this and look forward to hearing back from you shortly with your feedback Regards Mrs Ibboton
