I was contacted personally to advice me that I hadn't ordered the correct pattern of paper needed for a perfect match. Apparently my mistake had been noticed by the picker and relayed to customer service. The lady I spoke too kindly rectified my mistake. I was really impressed with the service I received and am very grateful to " the picker" for highlighting my mistake.
