13th day i opened the wallpaper n customer didnt like it..got told 75% refund cos u wudnt get it within 14days n then cost me £13 to post back at royal mail..shud be full refund within 28days if item isnt damaged. 14th send back when bank holiday was in that 14days aswell.nitemare neva again
