Firstly I was surprised to find that I could make contact with Home Flair over a weekend. Because of that my query concerning a certain paper was answered within hours - excellent.
The second thing that deserves mention is the helpfulness of whoever answered the phone when I first made contact - first class.
Ultimately I was well informed of the progress on my order and it was delivered promptly and well packed. Will definitely use again.
