I ordered my borders and adhesive on 14/05/15 and today is 25/05/15 and I still haven't received them. As I had allocated time to finish the decorating over this weekend's bank holiday I am very frustrated and disappointed. You said 3-5 days delivery so I don't think 11 days is acceptable.
Please would you track my order and ensure it arrives asap?
