I ordered a pinball machine online in January 2021 and was instantly greeted by excellent customer service (I mainly dealt with Rob A). They didn't have the machine I wanted so retained a deposit and reached out to collectors to see if they could find one - and they did!
They did a full service on the machine, upgraded to bits I paid for, and delivered it swiftly without any hassle. The delivery was especially great as they set the machine up exactly as I wanted ensured I tested it and was happy.
I would definitely use this company again.
