“Review of Signature Pool Table and Table Tennis Top We recently purchased the Signature Pool Table and Table Tennis Top for our youth club, and we are very pleased with the products. They are robust and durable, perfectly suited to withstand the energetic environment of a youth club. The customer service experience was fantastic. Sam made the entire process effortless and easy, from the initial sale to the final delivery. His support was greatly appreciated. However, there was a minor issue with the delivery. While the two-man team did an excellent job of building and placing the table as requested, we did not receive a delivery/tracking time slot as expected. Instead, we received a call at 07:12 AM on the day of delivery, which caught us off guard as no one was onsite to receive it. A notification the day before would have helped us avoid the last-minute rush to get someone to open the building. Overall, we are very satisfied with the products and the customer service, but improving the delivery notification process would make the experience even better.”

“Tyrone and Nathan were great - arrived bang on time and were v friendly and efficient and obviously cared about what they were doing. Rob was also very helpful through the ordering process. The table is great too! Would definitely recommend the whole set up👍”

“From the moment I walked in to check out Home Leisure's pool tables and Pinball machines, through to the table arriving and being constructed at my home, the customer service has been fantastic. I had a good idea of what I was looking for, Rob was very helpful, I played a couple of pool games, had a coffee, all my questions were answered and Rob had honest and reassuring advice on what would be suitable for my space. I went for the Signature McQueen Pool & Dining Table, there was a 4 month wait on it as it's a popular choice, but that was fine, the finance options are good, spread payments over 18 months, and don't start those payments until the table has arrived, been set up for you, and you're happy with it. To my delight the table was actually available for delivery in half that time, and I was able to choose a delivery day which suited me. I love the table it really fits in perfectly in the room. So happy with my purchase.”

“Meet Rob at their showroom Sunday regarding their pool tables, he run through all the different table and clothes, very knowledgeable guy, choose a lovely 7ft signature table, can’t wait for it to be delivered ! Would highly recommend Home Leisure Direct”

“My partner and I recently purchased a 16ft Marlowe Shuffleboard from these guys and it was great start to finish. Calum walked us through all the options and stock over the phone to help me pick which was great, and the delivery team were really efficient. I'd have no problems recommended these guys. “Came to the showroom this afternoon (31/03) after realising how local it was. I saw Callum who was polite, professional and gave some great advice. Didn't feel pushed towards buying at all and so will definitely be back when I decide between 6ft and 7ft!”

“We made an appointment to visit the showroom on 14/10/24. I had initially thought I would buy a 7ft American Pool table. We was met by the very knowledgeable, patient and friendly Rob, who explained all the different options. After spending a great deal of time playing on all the different tables we ordered a 7ft English table – the same as Rob had – thanks for the helpful advice! We couldn’t take delivery straight away as we need to get the room decorated. After we had to delay delivery a second time due to being let down by decorators – which Home Leisure was very helpful with we finally had our table on 20/3/25. The delivery and setup was carried out by two great guys and the whole process went without hitch. They showed us how to look after the table as well. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, advice, knowledge and excellent products. Also interest free credit is helpful. Thanks Rob and Home Leisure.”

“Service from Jack at Home Leisure Direct has been exceptional. Delivering from hundred ish miles away then turn around was really quick. Delivery guys Neil and Aaron we super polite, knowledgeable able the table, set everything up and they even made friends with a Chicken. Would recommend everyone to us this company”

“Following Sam's helpful advice, we purchased a Signature Champion Premium pool table in the newly available 6ft size. Delivery and installation was on time, friendly, helpful and professional. The table plays superbly, cushions are highly responsive and we love the ball return window. The triangle storage is a nice feature which helps to make it a nice tidy package. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Home Leisure Direct.”

“Really great service, went to showroom and met Rob who spent a long time tlaking us through everything, even got a chance to play on the tables. We ordered super easily and even though we delayed the table multipule times (our space for it was under contstruction) there was no issues. On the day we had Chris (and we think it was Mark?) come and install the table, talked us through everything, excellent service. We've been playing pool every day since! Now we just got to get good! Thanks!”
