“Excellent customer service all through my process of puchasing a Signature norton luxury pool dining table. Sales team and online chat extremely helpful at all times and i did some mithering of them throughout the process. Neil and Luca the delivery team were a great set of lads very polite and did a very good job installing the table. Tremendous service all round”

“On deciding which Pinball machine was right for me, I spoke to Sam from Home Leisure Direct who guided me through the whole process. Once the machine was good to go, he invited me to the showroom, whereby I could see it had been fully restored to the highest spec and was was good to go. Nick the engineer talked me through every stage it had been through explaining the history and workings of the pinball. A delivery date was arranged very quickly and I took possession of the machine in a few days. The delivery guys were amazing which included Grant the lead person and delivered and installed it into the room of my choice. If you are thinking about investing in a Pinball machine, this company are the ones to head to. From the communication to the delivery, it was faultless. Well done Sam and his team 5 Stars.”

“Seeing all the tables in the showroom and talking to the staff really helped use find the perfect style and size table for our new home. We purchased the Signature Chester Dining table, 6ft. The table is stunning, solid and plays amazingly. The delivery crew were really friendly and did a great job with the installation.”

“Ordered a pool table and table top football for our youth club/community centre. Really appreciated the phone cals to confirm order details, update us on delivery. The pool table was assembled with care and thought. It's a big thing to order items such as a pool table and we had a terrific experience with Home Leisure. Highly recommend”

“Couldn’t ask for a better addition! The pool table we purchased from Home Leisure Direct is top quality, and it’s added a new level of fun to our rec area, 'Roy’s.' Staff love it, and it’s already getting plenty of use. Special thanks to Ben Flack, who made the entire experience seamless.”

“I purchased a supreme pool table from Home Leisure a week or so ago. Charlie was excellent and very helpful, he offered sound advice throughout and at no point did he try and push add on sales, he just gave supportive friendly advice to get the right outcome we were looking for. The estimate delivery date given from the initial sale was accurate (was discussed before purchase) and I was given a delivery slot within a few days. The installers who arrived were extremely friendly. They installed the table exactly where I wanted it and made sure I was 100% happy. Very professional. The whole process from start to finish has been brilliant. Everything was explained throughly and I have no doubt had I had issues they would have been dealt with swiftly. It’s completed our games room and we are very happy. Would Highly Recommend!!!”

“From start to finish the customer service I received was second to none 10/10. I am extremely happy with my pool table and accessories, as a seasoned pool player I am very pleased with the quality of the table and cloth. The work men who were sent to deliver and fit the table into my conservatory were very efficient, clean and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be a returning customer in the future.”

“I highly recommend Home Leisure Direct. I recently purchased the Oxford Signature Pool Dining Table and the quality is fantastic. The service before and during installation was great – the table even arrived in half the expected time when I placed the order! I shall be certainly be returning to Home Leisure Direct to purchase additional items for our Games Room in the future.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. No pressure from these guys just helpful advice that suits you, the customer. Very knowledgeable. Very flexible on the delivery date. The delivery / set up guys were just as helpful, giving great advice on how to care for the table and keep it looking fresh. Always available on the phone or by email, I would highly recommend taking the plunge on this. 5 stars guys.”
