“Ben, Josh and the entire team have been an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. A very long 6 months + in the making, they’ve stuck with us throughout, always there to offer a pointer, insight or useful trade contact to help us bring a brand new venue to life. “Pre-ordered an outdoor signature pro pool table. The second i ordered it Callum rang me to advise if i chose a different colour cloth then I'd get a table a lot quicker which i greatly appreciated as i wanted a table to use ASAP this summer. It took a tad longer then expected for the table to be ready to deliver it to me, due to some manufacturing issues, but i am extremely happy with the table and the customer service provided by all colleagues..including the delivery men who installed it in exactly the place i wanted and were very helpful and provided excellent instructions on how i can care for the table all year round.”

“Rob who assisted with our order was really helpful, kept me updated with progress as we agreed when we experienced some slight delays with the lead in time, when the table was delivered it was very swift, the team were really polite and professional, table is great! Just need the weather now to allow us to play!”

“Thank you to the whole team at Home Leisure Direct, from the Sales Executive, Rob, who reached out to me while I was still unsure as to what I wanted, through to our fitters, Tyrone & Nathan, who did a fantastic, fast and tidy job of installing the pool table that we opted for. For somebody with only an idea of mine to go off, Rob took the time over email and then over the phone to guide me through the products available, and then tailored the advice to my specific needs. There was no pressure, only expert advice, and this allowed me to make informed decisions to bring that idea to life. The table itself was to be put into an incomplete outside building at the time of ordering. The team made sure that delivery did not take place until our building was constructed. This was a big concern prior to ordering, and honestly it was quickly made into just a factor that didn't cause any fuss. We were put at ease and are still now appreciative of this. The table itself, along with our accessories, is top quality and as a family we have already spent countless hours of fun with friends. We couldn't be happier and I would strongly recommend getting in touch to learn more and put through an order.”
