“Excellent service, professional and friendly staff. Offered guidance and answers to question on a pool dining table I was looking to buy. Table arrived 3 weeks after purchase. Installed by 2 people both were excellent friendly and offered advice on how to care for the table. Highly recommended.”

“From the initial enquiry phone call to the installation and handover of our 7ft American pool table, Home Leisure Direct were professional, knowledgeable and delivered flawless customer service. The table is class and is now a centre-piece in our 'Bunker' . Would definitely highly recommend!!! 5 STARS”

“Charlie from 'Home Leisure Direct' had been great from start to finish. We went to the showroom to have a look at a few of the tables and Charlie was ever so helpful and made it a breeze purchasing the pool dining table. He answered all our questions, and we went away having purchased a 'Signature Chester Pool table'. We were made up with the table but also Charlie's top service. Overall, the experience with Home Leisure Direct and Charlie was exceptional. Everything went to plan and the chaps who came to fit the table in our dining room explained every step of what they were doing. The entire process was painless and there was one less thing to worry about seeing that we were moving home! Thank you Charlie and Home Leisure Direct”

“An excellent service given by Home Leisure! Jake in the showroom spent many weeks helping me with the best options which was a great help to get the right pool table. Then delivery was on time with clear communication and Neil & Aaron who fitted the table did a great job without any hassle to me and all rubbish removed. Thank you”

“Although there were delays in the manufacturing of our table, which was out of Sam’s control, when we did receive our table the installation was very quick, set up and everything explained. Very happy with everything and the team. Thanks”

“I went to Bristol to discuss my interest of purchasing a new Pinball machine and although given different opinions both Callum and Josh were happy with my decision to purchase the James Bond Premium machine They were very helpful in the ideas that they gave and during the purchasing process. Karl helped to get the machine to me earlier then expected and both Neil and James, who delivered and set up the machine, were very friendly and professional I would have no hesitation of recommending these guys should you wish to purchase a pinball machine based on my great experience”

“I spent a full day in Bristol training with Ben, and we covered pretty much everything—stance, posture, grip, breaking, pattern play, tactics, you name it. Ben was brilliant. He really listened to the issues I’ve been having and shaped the session around what I needed. Playing with someone at Ben’s level was eye-opening. It gave me a real sense of how he thinks about the game, and I left with a bunch of practical tips I could start using straight away. I’m already seeing a difference in how I play. I’d absolutely recommend Ben to anyone looking to improve their game, and I’ll definitely be booking another session with him soon.”

“I'd researched the pool/dining table options for a few months and always came back to Home Leisure due to the options available. In the end I went for the Warwick Signature after a quick chat with the team, they could have suggested other more expensive options but believed this would meet the requirements. I was told that t would be between 1-4 weeks for delivery and that they would try to get it to me ASAP as the finish/cloth option was in stock. It was delivered and installed within 10 days, I did not need to chase once and was kept completely informed. The installation from Chris and Jake took around 40 minutes and they ensured that the table was in the best place and completely level. Explained that there would be some movement due to the carpet level and what to do when that happened. The quality of the balls is excellent and I went for the snooker pack as well, which is really good quality. I was warned that the standard pool cues it came with were not that great and while they do a job, they are pretty poor quality. I also bought to of the Whirlwind cues but these did not come with the delivery due to an issue with stock. After chasing I was told that they would be delivered as soon as they ae back in stock (there was an issue with the quality and they would not send these out until they were happy that they are providing something of quality). All round - brilliant product and service, they do exactly what they say that will and the after service is great, very happy.”
