“Lads were great and very efficient in what they did …. ETA was not great … original 11.00 … sent a message requesting an update …. Update did not happen … tracking of your team is not a good system …arrived around 12.30 …. Maybe a call from the delivery team to co-ordinate arrival time would of been appreciated”

“I am very pleased with the product and the service I have received from Home Leisure. The Pool/Dining table I ordered is of good quality, and the delivery/install team were friendly, on time, and efficient. The lead time was much longer than I would have liked, but that’s the world we currently live in today. I would recommend a visit to the showroom!”

“I had been looking for a pool table for ages from various suppliers and finally settled on home & leisure direct. I chose the Traditional in Winchester Oak with Blue cloth which looks absolutely stunning in my new man cave (can I say that these days?). The table was ordered in February and finally arrived second week of July due to the global pandemic throwing a spanner in the works. I am delighted with the look and the way the table plays, and the process from order to installation was trouble free. The only reason they get four stars is due to the lack of communication from them during the pandemic, as I had to phone them. A simple email to explain would have been enough.”

“After many discussions with the team, I ordered a pool table and benches. Delivery was prompt and the installation service brilliant. Couple of things preventing 5 stars.. 1. I ordered benches to come with the table and was told they would arrive together. When delivered no sign of the benches and these are due under separate delivery. 2. I ordered a table with a red cloth, but was supplied with green chalk... would of thought a company specialising in pool tables would have a variety if colours to match the cloths provided.”

“The staff are very friendly and helpful I popped in to look at renting a pool table and no information was left out. They have a couple differnt showrooms depending on what you're looking for. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Multi game pool air hockey ping pong table. Good product. Not high end in finish or materials but for the money very good value. Great fun for all the family and transformed our home leisure life.”

“Went with my son to look at arcade games systems was treated like a valued customer and given time and space to browse and play on the machines. Friendly helpful staff and a great range of products. Still haven’t made a decision there is so much choice!”

“Good facility to try out my cue and sales left me to try out the various cues on offer. Good selection. Was slightly harder in the salesroom once I wanted to pay. But that was fine and salesman was helpful.”
